Since I live in Pennsylvania, she was the point person for some unusual happenings in the home. She even detected gas on one of her visits which saved the house and a very large gas bill. She made it a point to be there when the gas company returned to turn on the gas. She checked on the house, the HVAC guys, junk removal guys, and even mailed the items from the mail box. I cannot say enough about Margie. I would highly recommend her to anyone.
